Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Simone Canciello, operating as CancLabs ("CancLabs," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Prep mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

1. The Services

Prep is a culinary learning service. Depending on the version, device, region, and subscription, Prep may provide:

• guided culinary lessons and learning paths;
• import of supported public recipe links;
• automated generation of structured recipes and cooking guidance;
• optional camera-based feedback about a cooking step;
• timers, Live Activities, recipe libraries, streaks, and progress features; and
• paid or subscription-based features.

Features may vary, change, or be unavailable by region, language, device, operating system, source platform, or plan. An internet connection may be required for online features.

2. Eligibility and Responsible Use by Minors

The Services are not directed to children under 13. You must not use the Services if you are under 13. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Any higher minimum age or parental-authorisation requirement under applicable law also applies.

By using the Services, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms or that a parent or legal guardian has validly agreed on your behalf.

3. Licence to Use Prep

Prep is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store usage rules, CancLabs grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, including through permitted Family Sharing or volume-purchase arrangements.

This licence is for your personal, non-commercial culinary learning and cooking use. No right is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
