We are Simone Canciello, operating as CancLabs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the mobile application Speakable and related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and Simone Canciello. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Services are not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

1) Our Services

Speakable provides tools for practicing spoken communication and social confidence, including:

• guided conversation roleplays,
• AI-generated conversation partners and coaching feedback,
• microphone-based speaking practice,
• speech-to-text transcription,
• text-to-speech voice responses,
• conversation assessments,
• custom roleplay scenarios,
• streaks, progress tracking, and practice insights,
• and subscription-based access to premium features.

The Services are self-improvement and communication practice tools. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, emergency, crisis-support, or professional advice services.
